Workshop structure: With the help of a chocolatier, you’ll create a personalized chocolate bar, lollipops, chocolate discs (mendiants), and chocolate decorations – all of which you can easily recreate at home. At the end, each participant leaves with their creations, a chocolate mold, an apron, and plenty of expert tips.
Required material: Professional equipment is provided. Each participant takes home the mold used during the workshop to make chocolate bars at home.
Participants: The workshop is open to adults and children aged 7 and up. Children under 7 cannot participate. Children aged 7–12 must be accompanied by a paying adult.
Workshop location: Our professional chocolate-making space is located within our museum at 41 Rue de l’Étuve, Brussels – just steps from the Grand-Place, Manneken Pis, and Mont des Arts.
Interactive stations to learn while having fun.
Workshop duration: 45 to 60 minutes
