What are the steps of chocolate-making?
Several steps are required to create the chocolate bar we all know. After harvesting the pods, the beans are extracted, fermented, and dried. During the museum visit at Choco-Story Brussels, you learn the different stages of chocolate-making from our artisan chocolatiers. By taking part in one of our chocolate workshops in Brussels, you will easily be able to recreate your own chocolate bars, lollipops, mendiants, and other treats at home.
